After gaining a degree and enjoying a first career managing a high street store, Dawn became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has been a member of the Plot Sales Unit for over a decade. Dawn acts for a number of developers in relation to the sale of new houses and the acquisition and sale of part-exchange properties. In addition, she frequently works on sales of ground rents and bulk sales to investors. Dawn is often described as reliable, committed and very experienced in Plot Sales. She has a clear understanding of the importance to developers of a smooth and timely Plot Sales process.
