David joined the Manchester corporate department in May 2009. He specialises in mergers, acquisitions and fundraisings, predominantly acting for listed companies on the main and junior markets. His recent experience includes acting for Volex Group plc on its Class 1 disposal of its wiring harness division and for Cenkos Securities on the £43million reverse takeover of Real Office Group plc. David has been described as one of Manchester's leading corporate lawyers by the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.
