Profile:
David is a commercial lawyer with specialist knowledge of sports law. His experience covers an extensive range of commercial matters. He advises governing bodies, clubs, sports individuals, sponsors, players� unions and other sporting and non-sporting businesses. As well as undertaking more general commercial work such as intellectual property and agency agreements, his work covers a range of specialised issues including sponsorship and merchandising programmes, athlete / celebrity endorsement, image rights arrangements, tour / event agreements and publishing arrangements.
