Profile:
Claire is an associate within the commercial litigation team having joined the firm in March 2007 from Brown Turner Solicitors, Southport. Since qualifying in September 2005 Claire has undertaken a broad range of civil and commercial litigation work on behalf of individuals and private sector companies alike. In particular, Claire has acted on numerous shareholder and partnership disputes and professional negligence claims whilst also advising in a number of landlord and tenants matters.
