Charlotte joined Brabners in 2008 from Cobbetts and specialises in corporate banking, undertaking a wide variety of work for both lenders and borrowers and in particular overseeing acquisition finance transactions and drafting and negotiating bespoke syndicated and bilateral facility, security and intercreditor documents (particularly on property and development finance transactions).
