Profile:
Carol specialises in sport with a particular focus on football. She advises professional clubs and players on football regulatory matters (including on all aspects of player transfers, player contracts, immigration / work permit requirements). She also represents clients before football dispute forums at a domestic and international level including before FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. She advises sports and other rights holders on commercial matters, including sponsorship, endorsement, event organisation (including tours) and the exploitation of their domestic and international television, radio, internet and mobile rights.
