Profile:
Bill joined the corporate department in July 2009 as a consultant having previously been the Director of Legal Services and Company Secretary for The Mersey Docks and Harbour Company , the second largest port group in the United Kingdom and a listed company, and latterly with Peel Ports Group following the acquisition of Mersey Docks by Peel in 2005. He has a wide experience of commercial and corporate matters together with insurance and company secretarial matters.
