Ben trained at Brabners Chaffe Street and focused his training entirely around the various property based departments. Ben now specialises in Property Solutions and advises a range of clients including national retail clients, landlords and tenants, management companies and individuals. Ben advises on all elements of contentious property and portfolio management issues such as boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, professional negligence, forfeiture proceedings and debt recovery.
