Profile:
Amy is a commercial disputes specialist mainly dealing with breach of contract claims including the sale of goods and services, warranties, restrictive covenants and product liability. She is experienced in debt recovery, through to the enforcement stage, including insolvency proceedings. Amy deals with property litigation in advising commercial and residential landlords on their disputes with tenants including obtaining rent arrears and possession of property and advising upon as Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies, Rent Act tenancies and proprietary estoppel. Acting on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants, Amy is experienced in fast track and high value multi-track cases, including Technology and Construction Court claims. Amy also has experience in construction cases, using the Adjudication procedure under JCT contracts and mediations to settle claims.
