Profile:
Adam is a Partner in the corporate department specialising predominantly in corporate transactional work including business and company sales and acquisitions and also general corporate work including shareholders agreements and arrangements, EMI and other share option or shadow share option schemes. Adam has a particular specialism advising insolvency practitioners and companies on corporate insolvency matters and is also a member of the firm's charity team, advising on mergers and restructuring of charitable organisations, including the use of trading subsidiaries by charities.
