Brabners give advice on a deal worth £13.9 million for DHL

PROPERTY lawyers from Brabners Chaffe Street advised logistics giant DHL on the sale of a £13.9 million warehouse site in Trafford Park.
Led by Partner Jim Purves, Brabners Chaffe Street acted for DHL Exel Supply Chain in the sale of the 10 acre site ñ which had been used as a distribution facility on behalf of Kelloggs.
The site has been purchased as an investment by Royal London Mutual Insurance Society, and is expected to be let to commercial tennants.
