Brabners Chaffe Street`s `excellent` property team
9/09/2009Brabners Chaffe Street`s Manchester property team has been named as an `excellent` practice in this year`s Legal 500. The team is led by Jim Purves, who was noted for his `great technical knowledge` and `understanding his clients` business`.
The team`s national work for industrial and logistics clients, including long-standing clients DHL and Pickfords, was specifically commended. In an economic climate where significant property deals are few and far between, the team acted on such transactions as DHL`s contract with the Olympics Delivery Authority to provide a logistics consolidation centre for the 2012 Olympics from a 27 acre site at Barking Freight Terminal.
