Brabners advise Ireland's biggest housebuilder on new UK headquarters
16/11/2007Lawyers from Manchester-based firm Brabners Chaffe Street LLP advised The McInerney Group on the acquisition of its new UK headquarters.
The McInerney Group, whose subsidiary McInerney Homes is Ireland`s biggest housebuilder, bought Unit 16 Beecham Court in Pemberton Business Park, Wigan, from Gladman Developments in a multi-million pound deal.
The move is the latest step in the company`s expansion in the UK, with it now having over seventy developments across the North and Midlands and further plans to expand into other areas of the UK.
McInerney Homes currently has seven regional offices and currently employs 35 staff at its national headquarters, which was located in Standish, Lancashire, prior to the recent acquisition. Their North West region will continue to operate out of the Standish office.
