£14 million funding advice gived to Nationwide Building Society
7/06/2007LAWYERS at Manchester-based Brabners Chaffe Street advised Nationwide Building Society on the funding of the acquisition of investments worth £14 million.
Led by Partner Matthew Dobson, the team advised Nationwide on the funding of three investment acquisitions in Knowsley, Swindon and Sheffield.
The first involved the purchase for £2 million of a unit within Puma Court, Knowsley, let to Johnsons the Cleaners.
The second was a £12 million acquisition of an office warehouse in Europa Business Park, Swindon let to Drageo, the alcohol manufacturers, at a passing rental of £955,000 per annum.
The third was a £300,000 acquisition of a unit in Shepcote Enterprise Centre, Sheffield let to Jungheinrich.
