Property: This dedicated unit assists with contractual advice, contractual terms, development agreements, adjudication and arbitration as well as the drafting of formal documentation relating to construction projects.Full range of advice on all aspects of construction contracts and the drafting of formal documents including contract amendments, warranties, guarantees and bonds, assignments and novations. Familiarity with the levels of security required by funders and with the obligations commonly included in Development Agreements. Extensive experience in adjudication and arbitration proceedings and familiarity with the level of proof required in breach of contract claims, extensions of time, liquidated damages, the valuation of loss and expense and prolongation
Litigation: We deal with all disputes relating to property and land including: -
Building contract disputes, adjudication, arbitration, tenancy disputes, disputes over property rights and use restrictions, disrepair claims, dilapidations, possession, squatter, trespasser and statutory nuisance proceedings.
