British and Irish Lions players boosted by Brabners Chaffe Street

Brabners Chaffe Street's Sports team has acted on behalf of the Professional Rugby Players Association (PRA) in representing the 37 strong British and Irish Lions squad in negotiations of contracts for the upcoming tour of South Africa.

David Bentham of the firm's Manchester-based Sports team led the work, assisted by Lydia Edgar.

The British and Irish Lions squad will undertake a three-Test summer tour in South Africa from May 30th until July 4th.

“The British and Irish Lions represent some of the most talented and dedicated rugby professionals across the British Isles,” said David Bentham, associate, Brabners Chaffe Street. “Being selected for the squad represents a highlight in many players' careers. Each tour takes months of careful planning from players, coaches and backroom staff, and we're proud to play our part alongside the PRA in ensuring the squad's preparations for the tour progress smoothly.”
