Brabners makes it in The Sunday Times top 100 for the second year running

Brabners Chaffe Street is once again one of the UK`s best companies to work for.

For the second consecutive year, the firm with offices based in Liverpool, Manchester and Preston has been named among the Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for - and this time, it has been ranked even higher than before.

The firm has been ranked 67th - up from 90th position last year - in the annual survey, which collates feedback from 180,000 employees from businesses all over the UK. The ranking is a result of staff views of the firm, and recognises its status as an employer of choice.

Managing partner Michael Brabner said he was thrilled to make it onto the list for the second year running.

`We`re thrilled to receive this award,î he said. `It`s always nice to be recognised for being among the best, but we were also aware that having made the list once, the pressure was on us to keep up the good work.

`While we take pride in our listing as a Top 100 law firm, it is also very important to us that our staff enjoy working for us.

`We don`t create new policies in order to win, but it is important to us that we create a culture which is open, friendly and down to earth, and that there is still room for an element of fun working here.

`Hopefully, being named on the list for a second year running means we`re doing something right in that regard.

Competition this year was fierce, with more firms than ever having applied to be recognised in the prestigious scheme this year.

The award is in recognition of Brabners Chaffe Street`s approach to staff and the culture within the firm.
The Sunday Time`s employee survey evaluates questionnaires focusing on eight factors: leadership; my manager; personal growth; well being; my team; giving something back; my company and fair deal.
