Brabners Chaffe Street hosts free 'Employment law goes viral' seminars
26/10/2011Leading law firm Brabners Chaffe Street is hosting three free ‘Employment law goes viral' seminars in Liverpool, Manchester and Preston to help employers to respond to the employment law implications of social media in the workplace.
A team of experts from the firm will advise on social media in relation to workplace misconduct and reputational risk as well as protecting a business, confidentiality and restrictive covenants in the internet age. They will also address the latest developments in employment law. Guest speaker William Wilkinson, forensic accountant with BDO LLP will give a practical demonstration on how to monitor internet use.
The seminars, which offer 2 CPD, take place between 4pm and 6pm on the following dates:
Tuesday 15 November at Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool
Tuesday 22nd November at 7-8 Chapel Street, Preston
Thursday 24th November at 55 King Street, Manchester
