Brabners Chaffe Street hosts free debt recovery seminar

Leading law firm Brabners Chaffe Street is hosting a free seminar on debt recovery aimed at businesses trying to keep control of their bad debts during these difficult economic times.

The seminar will look at the whole debt recovery process, from the debt coming into existence at the outset all the way through to enforcement of a Court Judgment, including what bailiffs and sherrifs can and cannot do. A team of experts will advise on getting the paperwork right, turning the paperwork into money and give practical tips on the debt recovery process.

Speaking at the event will be Brabners Chaffe Street's Paul Lunt, head of commercial litigation, Nik White, head of commercial and Tony Foley, legal executive.

The seminar takes place on Tuesday 4 October at Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, between 4pm and 6pm and is designed to be easy to understand and give practical advice to individuals and businesses of all sizes.
