Brabners Chaffe Street advisory role lands legal panel appointment
15/04/2009North West law firm Brabners Chaffe Street has advised the Manchester based legal team of financial services provider AWD Group PLC on the sale of Read Independent Financial Advisers Limited to management for an undisclosed sum.
The sale is an integral part of a strategic review by the group - part of the Europe`s largest IFA, the DAX-listed AWD AG - which has included the disposals of its internet business moneyextra.com and its Leicester-based mortgage advisory subsidiary, AWD Home Finance Limited.
Brabners Chaffe Street`s Manchester based corporate team, which has advised throughout the process, has now been appointed to the firm`s panel of legal advisors.
