Brabners Chaffe Street advises on the sale of three NW Honda dealerships
7/01/2011Leading North West law firm Brabners Chaffe Street has advised Lookers Motor Group on the disposal of three Honda dealerships.
The dealerships, located in Liverpool, Southport and Warrington, have been acquired by Clare James Automotive Limited.
The deal follows on from the sale of two dealerships in October by Manchester based Lookers Motor Group on which Brabners Chaffe Street also advised.
The legal team at Brabners Chaffe Street was led by Corporate Partner Caroline Litchfield and Corporate Associate Mark Traynor and also included Jim Purves, Property Partner, Paul Nicholls, Property Associate and trainee Solicitor Oliver Sadler.
