Brabners Chaffe Street advise on acquisition of Identify Engraving Systems Limited

Leading North West law firm, Brabners Chaffe Street advised on the acquisition of Identify Engraving Systems Limited by Trotec Laser Ltd.

Trotec Laser Ltd a leading international provider of advanced laser technology solutions for marking, cutting and engraving, based in the West Midlands and is part of the Trodat Group (previously of Knutsford and Stockport - Dormy Ltd (now Trodat (UK) Ltd).

The purchase of Bristol-based Identify Engraving Systems Limited completed on Friday 3 September. Stephen Jater, who sold Identify Engraving Systems Limited, will retain an ongoing involvement in the business as Director and General Manager.

Brabners Chaffe Street have represented the Trodat group companies on a number of acquisitions and divestments since 2001.
