Brabners Chaffe Street advise on acquisition of Identify Engraving Systems Limited
9/09/2010Leading North West law firm, Brabners Chaffe Street advised on the acquisition of Identify Engraving Systems Limited by Trotec Laser Ltd.
Trotec Laser Ltd a leading international provider of advanced laser technology solutions for marking, cutting and engraving, based in the West Midlands and is part of the Trodat Group (previously of Knutsford and Stockport - Dormy Ltd (now Trodat (UK) Ltd).
The purchase of Bristol-based Identify Engraving Systems Limited completed on Friday 3 September. Stephen Jater, who sold Identify Engraving Systems Limited, will retain an ongoing involvement in the business as Director and General Manager.
