Brabners advise on sale of bowling green

Matthew Dobson, partner at Manchester-based law firm Brabners Chaffe Street, advised Grasscroft Property Company on the sale of Greenfield Bowling Club, Oldham.

The land was sold to Bardsley Construction Ltd for £3.2 million with the benefit of planning permission for 41 residential units.

Grasscroft Property Company is part of Grasscroft, which comprises home building and property consultancy subsidiaries and was established in 2003.

Bardsley Construction Ltd is a growing North West property developer that was named Manchester Evening News Business of the Year in 2006.
