Bank of Ireland give a boost to Manchester's Morris Property Development Group
16/01/2007A Ramsbottom property firm looks set to grow following backing from the Bank of Ireland.
Morris Property Development has received a six-figure sum to acquire 16 houses around Manchester.
The firm already looks after a portfolio of properties stretching across Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
Anna Gregory, Nicola West, Malcolm Glynn and Fay Wilshaw from the banking and property departments at Brabners Chaffe Street in Manchester acted on behalf of the Bank of Ireland.
Paul Close, director of the bank`s Property Finance team at Marsden Street office in Manchester city centre, arranged the investment facility.
