Paula will be based at the firm's Manchester office on King Street and joins Brabners Chaffe Street with over 20 years experience in family law. She was previously head of the family law team at Hill Dickinson.
Paula specialises in representing owner managed business owners in divorce and associated complex financial proceedings and in reaching pragmatic commercially driven solutions. She also has substantial experience in the preparation of relationship and pre-marriage agreements to protect and safeguard trust, inherited or business assets.
She is recommended in Legal 500 as having ‘'integrity and professionalism beyond her years'' and in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession where she is acknowledged for her ability to instil confidence through an assured approach.
Paula joins a specialist family team noted for its bespoke service, broad client base and the impressive commercial law expertise it can draw on in complex financial cases.
