Co-habitation Agreements and Disputes
With official figures showing that at the end of 2005 there were more that 2.2m cohabiting couples in England and Wales with that number set to almost double in the next 25 years, it is of no surprise to the family team at Brabners Chaffe Street that they are increasingly advising clients in respect of cohabitation agreements and disputes.
