AXA appoints Brabners Chaffe Street as recommended legal provider of new insurance product
16/03/2011Brabners Chaffe Street has been appointed as the recommended legal provider in respect of the new AXA Management Liability Policy (MLP). The appointment follows a competitive tender exercise in 2010 against strong competition.
The policy, launched nationally by AXA earlier this month at the Savoy Hotel in London, protects businesses and AXA insureds in respect of their management liabilities including employment practices (for example employment litigation), regulatory matters and directors and officers issues (for example, shareholder disputes).
Brabners Chaffe Street will handle all aspects of claims and will operate a dedicated telephone helpline for AXAs insureds.
