The most senior of the changes involves former employment associate Simon Whitehead becoming a partner.

Property solicitor Leo Rossiter and Jill Kerr of the litigation team also join the rank of associates.
Simon Whitehead`s promotion takes the number of partners at the firm`s Manchester headquarters on King Street to 23 out of a total of 47 solicitors.
Across its three North West offices ñ including also Liverpool and Preston ñ Brabners Chaffe Street now employs a total of 135 lawyers with that number set to rise above 150 thanks to expansion plans outlined in March.
An extra 18 posts are being created to help service clients across the firm`s employment, corporate, private client, property and litigation divisions.
That growth comes on the back of a successful last 12 months for the firm which saw a record-breaking 20 per cent leap in fee income.
