Manchester lawyers advise Begbies Traynor Group on further expansion

Lawyers at Brabners Chaffe Street have underlined their involvement in the expansion of Begbies Traynor Group plc by tying up its latest acquisition, the business of CoyleClarke LLP.

The addition of the specialist tax investigation practice, based in Altrincham, represents a further step in line with the Group`s strategy to extend and diversify it professional services offering.

Caroline Litchfield, Matthew O`Brien and Rachel Kirkup of Brabners Chaffe Street advised the specialist professional services organisation on the acquisition.
