Brabners move into prominent offices in Exchange Flags

The firm`s 220 Liverpool staff have taken up residence in its 41,000sq ft office in Horton House.
The opening of the new office comes as Brabners celebrates another year of significant growth with fee income across its three offices in Liverpool, Manchester and Preston rising 25% from £20m to £25m.
The move brings together all of the firm`s city centre staff which had previously been spread across two sites in Dale Street and Castle Street.
Chief Executive Janet Pickavance, who has overseen the move to Horton House, said: `It is great finally to have moved and to have all of our Liverpool staff under the same roof in one of the city`s most prestigious locations giving excellent facilities for staff and a state of the art client suite. A lot of work has gone into transforming Horton House during the past year and the results are stunning.î
Brabner`s growth has been strong across all departments with its corporate and property teams performing particularly well during the past 12 months. Staff numbers have risen across the firm`s three North West offices from 319 to over 360 in the year.
The firm`s dedicated corporate finance department has also witnessed significant growth during the year.

Brabners has signed a 15-year lease on Horton House with additional space earmarked for future expansion.
The move was made possible after development firm UK Land & Property bought the site from the Walton Group in June last year. Brabners signed up as its flagship tenant.
