Brabners Chaffe Street expand at 55 King Street
18/03/2008Leading North-west law firm, Brabners Chaffe Street, recently completed the acquisition of the 4th floor at 55 King Street, Manchester, assisted by GVA Grimley.
The accommodation extends to a net internal floor area of 10,728sq.ft (997sq.m) and is in addition to Brabner`s existing accommodation on the 5th floor.
Tom Burton, partner of Brabners Chaffe Street, said: `Brabners acquired the 5th floor in February 2006. This latest acquisition of the 4th Floor will assist with the future expansion of the firm and will provide the great benefit of enabling the business to operate from a single building on contiguous floors.î
Since moving into 55 King Street, Brabners Chaffe Street`s Manchester office has boosted its numbers by 50 and increased annual turnover by £5 million.

55 King Street comprises 6,559 sq m (70,000 sq ft) of first class air-conditioned city centre office accommodation in an address that is synonymous with the prime business sector of Manchester City Centre.
The building was designed by Sir Hugh Casson and was built originally as a bespoke North West Regional Headquarters for the National Westminster Bank plc.
