Brabners Chaffe Street advises on VEKA acquisition
7/06/2011Leading North West law firm Brabners Chaffe Street has advised VEKA plc, extruder of PVC window systems, on the acquisition of Bowater Building Products for an undisclosed sum.
The move will further strengthen Burnley based VEKA's market position and share within the UK industry during its 25th anniversary year of manufacturing in the UK.
A seven-strong team from Brabners Chaffe Street, led by Caroline Litchfield and Tom Burton, advised on the acquisition.
