Brabners Chaffe Street advise Hi-Tech Surveying Company

LEADING law firm Brabners Chaffe Street advised a hi-tech surveying company on its management buyout.

Survey Inspection Systems, which is based in Stockton-on-Tees, will also relocate its business to the site of a former coalfield.

The move has been made possible thanks to funding from the Coalfields Enterprise Fund, which is run by private equity provider Enterprise Ventures.

Rupert Gill and Terry Montague, partners in the corporate team at Brabners Chaffe Street, acted for the management in the deal.

Survey Inspection Systems provides comprehensive surveying expertise to the railways, highways and utilities.

The company employs approximately 30 staff.
