Brabners appoints two new partners
20/06/2007Leading North West law firm Brabners Chaffe Street has announced the appointment of two new partners.
The elevation of employment associates Simon Whitehead and Jonathan I`Anson are among 14 promotions across the firm`s three offices in Liverpool, Manchester and Preston.
They take the total number of partners and solicitors employed by the firm to 135 and follow plans outlined in March by Managing Partner, Michael Brabner, to create 18 additional jobs across its employment, corporate, private client, property and litigation divisions.
The expansion comes on the back of its last full set of financial figures which showed a record-breaking 20 per cent leap to £21million in fee income in the year to April 2006.
Brabners Chaffe Street is also set to move its Liverpool headquarters to one of the city`s most prestigious addresses, Horton House in Exchange Buildings, next month.
Mr Brabner said the promotions reflected the growing level of expertise within the firm. `We have a proven blend of experience and dynamic, young talent in our three offices and across all departments.î
In addition to the partner promotions, 12 solicitors from the corporate, commercial, litigation and property teams have been made up to associate level.
