Bowcock joins Brabners Chaffe Street

David Bowcock, a senior Partner in Eversheds` Manchester-based corporate team, has joined North West firm Brabners Chaffe Street as a Corporate Partner.

Bowcock specialises in mergers, acquisitions and fundraisings, predominantly acting for listed companies on the main and junior markets. His recent experience includes acting for Volex Group plc on its Class 1 disposal of its wiring harness division and for Cenkos Securities on the £43million reverse takeover of Real Office Group plc.

Described as one of Manchester`s leading corporate lawyers by the Chambers` Legal Directory, his appointment reflects Brabner Chaffe Street`s commitment to providing quality, full-service support for mid-corporates in the North West on a national and international level.
