How to create a Charity
Aimed at individuals advising groups on the ground and those looking to create a charity. It covers the statutory definition of charity so that learners can readily identify when an organisation is charitable, the law on public benefit and takes a look at different legal structures and governing documents that you might choose. It explains when a charity is required by law to register with the Charity Commission and the process you need to follow.This is a one day accredited course available on request.
