The course looks in some detail at this very complex area of law which is often a source of confusion for trustees. It enables you to understand and identify when a transaction represents a disposal of land for the purposes of the Charities Act 1993 and the steps you need to take to comply with your statutory requirements.This is a one day accredited course available on request.
